KPGC: KYOWVA PLANNED GIVING COUNCIL
Created in 2003, the KYWOVA Planned Giving Council (KPGC) is an organization of attorneys, financial planners, accountants, financial services officers, trust officers, insurance underwriters, and planned giving officers and development professionals from non-profit organizations of all sizes. We serve these professionals in Central Appalachia including West Virginia, eastern Kentucky, and southeastern Ohio whose work includes developing, marketing, and administering charitable planned gifts.
We welcome our members and guests to our website and hope you find it useful!
Our primary undertaking is our LEAVE A LEGACY® of Central Appalachia program. We provide a multitude of statewide and regional activities and educational workshops.
KPGC is affiliated with the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning (PPP), formerly known as the National Council on Planned Giving, and KPGC adheres to the Model Standards of Practice for the Charitable Gift Planner set by PPP.
Our LEAVE A LEGACY® of Central Appalachia program is a grassroots-based collaboration among non-profits and financial advisors across our multi-state region which encourages private individuals from all backgrounds and income levels to make a gift to their favorite charity or non-profit organization through their estate plans. To learn more about our outstanding program, see a list of non-profit partners, or locate a participating advisor, or send an email to contact us.
There are three partnership levels available to join KPGC and Leave A Legacy ® of Central Appalachia. Please visit the Partnership page to receive more information on our partnership levels and the benefits that come with them.
